（１）Rankosi is manufacturer of processed high carbon steel rods that mainly used for springs and bedding industry. Our factory and operations offices are located in Adra, with main office in Damascus, Syria.
Currently, we are searching for a permanent supplier for our large demand (about 300 Tones/month) of high carbon steel rods. Our materials correspond to SAE 1045 and SAE 1065 standards with the following chemical and industrial specifications:
SAE 1045

1. Diameter 5.5mm.
2. Coil Weight between 1200-1500 KG.
3. Tolerance 0.03 mm.
4. None-galvanized.
5. Total parentage of %Cu+Cr+Ni :0.12 Max.
6. Grain size: 6 – 8 (fine grain) according to ASTM E 112
7. After drawing these rods to wires in our steel mill, the rod standard will change to DIN 17233.
That is the material primarily used for making springs and mattresses.
As for the needed initial quantity our first trial order will be around 1000 tones: 800 tones SAE1065 and 200 tones SAE1045.
As for the delivery terms we are looking for CIF-Tartous (cost, insurance, fright) to the port of Tartous or CIF-Latakia both in Syria.
We would appreciate it if you would send us your quotations according to the above given requirements. Thus, we have the cost of SAE 1045 and the cost of SAE 1065 separately.
