BLCO CIF, TTT, FOB NEEDED URGENTLY(ASAP)

I HAVE SERIOUS BUYERS FOR BLCO TTT AND CIF,BELOW ARE PROCEDURES,THAT THEY NEED TO WORK WITH,THEY ARE VERY SERIOUS AND WE CAN CLOSE ALL DEALS WITHIN A WEEK,IF YOU HAVE ANY VALID OFFER WITH THE PROCEDURES BELOW,.THANKS FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION

CIF PROCEDURE

1. The Seller must sign the contract and forward by e-mail.

2. Buyer will counter- sign the contract and return to the Seller by e-mail.

3. Seller will produce a Non Operative-Transferable-Standby Letter of Credit Performance Bond that will be activated by the Buyer's DLC. (No other form of bond is acceptable.)

4. Upon verification of Seller's Performance Bond, the Buyer will produce a valid DLC for the full value of the cargo.

5. Seller shall provide full documentation and POP including all vessel shipping documents and Q&Q report. This includes all documents that need to be transferred to the Buyer's name.

6. Shipping to start as scheduled.

7. Price will be determined at Port of Discharge using an average of one day before delivery, day of delivery, and one day after delivery.

8. The Buyer's Letter of Credit will pay out within 5 banking days after the standard
delivery documents have been presented to the Buyer's bank.

I know this is a simplified version of our procedures, but I wanted to keep it simple so there is no misunderstanding. There will be no Proof of Funds or Bank Letters or for that matter, no contact with the refinery until the Performance Bond is received.
Unfortunately, we have had far too many of these offers where the Seller cannot perform to proceed otherwise. Once the Bond is in place, we will know for sure they are serious about selling crude oil.


FOR CIF: Discount $5/$3
1. SELLER/BUYER SIGN SPA
2. SELLER PROVIDE CHARTER PARTY AGREEMENT, Q88 AND 110% INSURANCE COVERAGE
3. BUYER ISSUE LC
4. LOADING COMMENCE

FOR TTT: Procedures: Discount: $8/$5
1. The Buyer and the Seller sign the contract.
2. The Seller places 2% PB to Buyers Account to insure the seller’s vessel arrives for ttt.
3. Buyer opens the documentary Letter of Credit in favour of Seller with in seven banking days. If Buyer fails to open THE DOCUMENTARY letter of credit within 7 (seven) Banking days Buyer will refund Seller's cost of the bond plus $25,000 penalty.
4. THE SELLERS provides FEEDER VESSEL NAME, Q88, CPA, CALL SIGN AND CAPTAINS NAME to buyer.
5. Buyer responds with his mother vessels establishing direct communication link with the Seller’s vessels and is guided through to a safe and secured discharge point.
6. The Buyer’s vessel is at the discharge point and meets the feeder tankers.
7. The tanker-to-tanker transfer takes place.
8. An independent SGS inspector appointed by the Buyer monitors the transfer of cargo, ascertains the quality and quantity and reports back the same to the Buyer and the Seller.
9. Crude oil as per Q&Q report will be paid in full by swift wire transfer within 24 hours of the transfer of the cargo into the Buyer’s vessel.

FOR FOB: Procedure: Discount: $6/$4
1. SELLER/BUYER SIGN SPA
2. SELLER ISSUE 2% PB
3. BUYER ISSUE LC
4. LOADING COMMENCE.



1: SELLER AND BUYER SIGN AND SEAL SPA WITH FULL BANKING CO-ORDINATES.

2: SELLER PROVIDES HIS VESSEL NAME , CAPTAIN'S NAME , CALL LETTERS FOR THE VESSEL TO BE LOADED FOR CIF ALONG WITH ASPATANKVOY CHAERTER PARTY.

3: BUYER ISSUES DLC IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER WHICH SERVES AS PROOF OF FUNDS UNTIL CRUDE OIL IS DELIVERED TO THE BUYER'S PORT OF DISCHARGE IN NEW ORLEANS AREA ON THE GULF COAST OF USA WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE , BY WIRE TRANSFER, WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY OF CRUDE OIL , Q&Q REPORT BY SGS INSPECTORS AND DELIVERY OF ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS OF CRUDE OIL, TO THE SELLER , AGENTS AND INTERMEDIARIES AS PER SPA.

WE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY PB.

真的很感谢您之前对我们很多的指导,今天我在看这些信息的时候,用了您跟我说的原则。我先去查询了一些基本的公司信息,发现了您说的他们的问题,所以,一起发布出来了。
