网上叫卖"考公务员"试题?别上当
出售公务员试题的小广告不一而足，承诺令人“心动”。有的还“郑重声明”：“绝对第一手资料！帮您一次性通过”，有的则称“质量保证，信誉第一，成功多次，真诚助考”。类似出售答案的小广告看起来让人心动，大有“迷人眼”之势。有趣的是，出售公务员答案的信息都是通过网络聊天工具用QQ联系。
“答案是真的还是假的？会不会上当受骗？”正在备考的驻烟某高校大四学生小李犯嘀咕。他和出售考题答案的卖家联系了一下，得知两科答案需要3000元左右，设备也需两三千元。五六千元对于尚未走出校门的小李来说不是一个小数目。“如果答案是真的，我没买，别人买了，那买答案的不就稳操胜券了？”买还是不买，小李很犹豫。
近年来，公务员考试竞争激烈，考取难度增加。据介绍，今年我市共招考282名公务员，引来15421名报考者。网上出售试题答案迎合了报考者急欲一考成功的迫切心态。
根据小李的反映，近日，记者和在网上叫卖公务员试题答案的卖家进行了接触。
19日晚上，记者登录QQ，以“孤舟飞鸟”的名字与“状元馆”聊了起来，请教公务员考试的“高招”。“状元馆”在网络上号称掌握“2008年山东公务员考试担保通过的办法”。
“状元馆”说：“我的一个朋友在考场里，身上带摄像头，5分钟内他把试卷拍摄成图片传出来。图片发到5个枪手手里； 每个人30题，大约30－40分钟后，全部答题完毕。答案汇总后，发送到各个ＱＱ，发到你的手机也可以。或者发到你的ＱＱ，你通过无线设备把接收到的答案发到你考场里。”
记者问“状元馆”是否能保证答案的准确率时，他说：“70－80分，行测（行政职业能力测验）；50多（分），申论。我们团队都是本科生。公务员那几道题值得什么啊，只是时间来不及。一些题目百度一搜就能做出来，你在考场里，没有办法做的。”
说是帮助通过考试，其目的不过就是赚钱。记者问他怎么收费， “状元馆”回答说：“答案1500（元），预付。买设备的话，答案（钱）可以欠着。不过要给我你的准考证、身份证的复印件。设备1800 （元），支付宝交易，不满意可以退款。”
“状元馆”还承诺说：“如果提供的试题答案不准，记者可以退款。不过只能退答案的款，不能退设备的款。设备到了之后，检查质量无误，应当立刻确认付款。”在一番介绍之后，对方对付款的事情颇为关注。
记者又加了“中国助考总裁”为QQ“好友”，称自己想考山东公务员。“天津、安徽公务员已经操作完毕，现在是山东公务员答案预定。” “中国助考总裁”说。看起来，他十分了解各地公务员考试动态。
“中国助考总裁”明确告诉记者，公务员考试试题答案每门2000元，开考10分钟后将通过QQ群发送。当记者质疑其售价比别人高时，“中国助考总裁 ”说他们是做答案的，倒卖答案的便宜，“看看我们的资料，看看谁是一手答案 ，不要以为便宜是好事”。
“中国助考总裁”比“状元馆”还要“细心”，再三提醒记者购买试题还需要购买设备。“接收答案需要手机或者无线设备，如果有屏蔽就不能接收。”“中国助考总裁”告诉记者，反屏蔽的设备售价2400元。
当记者表示不相信他们的答案准确率时，“中国助考总裁”说：“ 我们的‘枪手’都是做题高手。我们是专业做答案的。不同的考试有不同的枪手。我们的答案从没有出现问题；公务员题并不难，只是时间问题，所以我们更有信心。”
