白波：“在配送模式、配送路线、配送战略、仓储战略、客户服务等宏观方面基本稳定和成熟后，物流配送中心进一步把物流各个环节进行细化、量化，从配送的高效、快捷、准确和服务优质化向结合公司资本、资源利用最大化，充分利用厂家和第三方物流资源的方向发展，把物流中心建设成在合理利用公司和外部资源资本的同时向客户服务优质化方向转型。为此，2005年东骏药业物流配送中心采取了一系列措施。”
