[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%8D%AE%E4%BB%8B%E7%BB%8D][u]据介绍[/u][/url]，现代物流将是河西新城发展现代服务业的重点产业，其总体设想是利用现代信息技术提供便利、快捷的服务，把多功能的物流服务与工商企业的生产和营销紧密结合，逐步向规模化、网络化发展。发展现代物流将对河西其他形态的现代服务业发展起到促进和支撑作用，对完善产业结构，加快现代服务业发展具有重要作用。
　　为加快现代物流业发展，建邺区除鼓励中小企业采用第三[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%96%B9%E7%89%A9%E6%B5%81][u]方物流[/u][/url]服务外，还着力引进和培育一批具有经济实力、按[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E5%9B%BD%E9%99%85%E6%83%AF%E4%BE%8B][u]国际惯例[/u][/url]运作的现代物流企业，吸引国际、国内知名第三[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%96%B9%E7%89%A9%E6%B5%81][u]方物流[/u][/url]企业及货代企业到河西新城设立分支机构，鼓励入驻物流企业向综合化、网络化、信息化的现代物流企业发展，并支持他们到国外或国内其他省市设立分支机构。
　　在[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%94%BF%E7%AD%96][u]政策[/u][/url]扶持方面，市、区各级政府均出台相应[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%94%BF%E7%AD%96][u]政策[/u][/url]鼓励现代物流企业到南京河西来投资兴业。对总投资额3000万美元以上的大型物流项目建设，经批准给予缓缴城市市政公用基础设施配套费、道路临时占用费的[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%94%BF%E7%AD%96][u]政策[/u][/url]；对经认定的省级以上具有自主知识产权的高新技术企业，其所缴纳的增值税、营业税和企业所得税留区级地方财政收入，前三年，区给予80%的财政扶持，后三年，其所缴纳的企业所得税留区级地方财政收入，给予40%的财政扶持；对入驻建邺区的（企业）集团总部（总部型经济），其所缴纳的增值税、营业税和企业所得税留区级地方财政收入，三年环比增长每年不低于30%且三年后纳税总额在500万元以上的，每年按其增量部分80%给予财政扶持；对入驻新城科技园企业购买园区办公、生产用房的，根据企业不同类型和投资规模，给予5%-20%的房屋价格优惠；对入驻新城科技园企业租用园区办公、生产用房且租赁期在五年以上的，根据企业不同类型和投资规模，免收前三年10%-40%的房租；对在2007年12月31日前入驻河西CBD并符合我区产业导向的企业，其所缴纳的增值税、营业税和企业所得税留区级地方财政收入，在2007年12月31日前，建邺区给予100%的财政扶持，自2008年起，三年内，建邺给予100%的财政扶持，后三年，给予50%的财政扶持；对新获得[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E4%B8%AD%E5%9B%BD][u]中国[/u][/url]名牌产品、驰名商标的企业，给予企业一次性奖励30万元；对新获得江苏省名牌产品、著名商标的企业，给予企业一次性奖励5万元；对新获得[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E5%8D%97%E4%BA%AC%E5%B8%82][u]南京市[/u][/url]名牌产品的企业，给予企业一次性奖励2万元；对到建邺新办企业的投资者，注册资本在2000万元以上的，其子女在区属学校就读，免收择校费，其他企业投资者子女在区属学校就读择校费可酌情给予一定优惠；对新来建邺投资的企业征收的所有行政事业性收费，均按国家、省、市规定的最低标准收取，免收投资企业的所有区级行政事业收费。实行收费许可证制度，公开收费项目的标准，各项收费都要进行登记。（贺承瑶 王宏斌）

　US video game magnate Richard Garriott headed into space aboard a Russian rocket Sunday watched by his father, a NASA astronaut who went into space at the height of the Cold War.

The Russian Soyuz TMA-13 spacecraft lifted off in clear weather from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on the Kazakh steppes just after 1:00 pm local time.


A video game developer from Texas, Garriott paid $35 million to fly into space alongside US astronaut Michael Fincke and Russian cosmonaut Yury Lonchakov.

Garriott's father, Owen, watched the blast off through binoculars on an observation platform and Garriott's girlfriend, Kelly Miller, burst into tears. "I am very happy for him. It is one of the things he really wanted to do," Miller said as others opened champagne to celebrate the successful launch.

"I can see he is really enjoying it like a little kid in the candy shop," Miller said.

Space officials said the Soyuz rocket had reached orbit safely and would dock with the International Space Station (ISS) in about two days.

"He made it, he made it into orbit. It is marvellous," said Owen Garriott, a physicist who was selected as an astronaut by NASA for his scientific background. He spent 60 days in space in 1973 and another ten days in 1983.

After 10 days in space Garriott will return to Earth with the ISS's former crew aboard a Soyuz re-entry vehicle, a three-person capsule which has malfunctioned on its last two flights.

In April, a Soyuz capsule landed 420 km off course after explosive bolts failed to detonate before re-entry, sending the craft into a steep descent.

Last year, a Soyuz capsule carrying Malaysia's first astronaut also made a so-called "ballistic" landing, similarly blamed on faulty bolts.
