业内人士告诉记者，日本某大型钢厂的中国代表曾表示，没想到中国[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E9%92%A2%E9%93%81][u]钢铁[/u][/url]业[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E5%8E%BB%E5%B9%B4][u]去年[/u][/url]在产能增加如此多的情况下还能获得如此高的利润，而且在[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E4%BB%8A%E5%B9%B4][u]今年[/u][/url]初对中国钢市也并不抱乐观态度。事实上，日本等国的[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E9%92%A2%E9%93%81][u]钢铁[/u][/url]企业早已在中国积极搜集相关市场信息以进行分析判断，而中国[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E5%8E%BB%E5%B9%B4][u]去年[/u][/url]一跃成为钢材出口大国更是让国际市场吃惊。
对中国[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E9%92%A2%E9%93%81][u]钢铁[/u][/url]业如此重大的转变，[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E5%BE%88%E5%A4%9A%E4%BA%BA][u]很多人[/u][/url]都没有思想准备，其威力的影响可想而知，中国钢厂获得的丰厚利润更加吸引了海内外相关产业的投资者来到中国，矿山开发、下游加工、物流配送、船队海运、冶炼设备无所不包，美国人、印度人、巴西人五大洲应有尽有，一个目的就是“让中国钢厂看到自己，关注自己，再进行合作”。
虽然如此，但我们也不得不看到中国[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E9%92%A2%E9%93%81][u]钢铁[/u][/url]业的脆弱神经，印度铁矿出口征税就使得国内不少钢厂寝食难安，虽然一些大型钢厂很少使用印度矿，但不少中小型钢厂的用量却比较大，一位西南钢厂的负责人就告诉记者，印矿出口征税使印矿价格上涨对其影响[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E8%BF%98%E6%98%AF][u]还是[/u][/url]比较大的。而近几天都没有采购印度矿的宝钢则未受影响，宝钢国贸公司总经理李庆予则说，这给中国[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E9%92%A2%E9%93%81][u]钢铁[/u][/url]业界敲响了警钟。长期稳定的原料供应渠道的重要性可见一斑。莱钢集团副总经理张胜生也表示，海外开发资源将成为趋势，但切忌一哄而起。

Oil trades around $63 despite OPEC's pruduction cut
Oil prices fell sharply to around $63 a barrel Friday amid weakening global demand for crude -- despite a decision by the OPEC cartel to cut production quotas by 1.5 million barrels a day starting next month.

Light, sweet crude for December delivery fell $4.69 to $63.15 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange by mid-afternoon in Europe. Prices had fallen as low as $62.85. The contract overnight rose $1.09 to settle at $67.84.
The size of the OPEC cut reflected concerns within the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, which accounts for 40 percent of global oil supply, that the bottom appears to be falling out of the market. Crude is selling for 50 percent less than this year's historic heights because the worldwide economic crisis has put a huge crimp in demand.
Oil ministers had been expected to cut between 1 million and 2 million barrels a day at Friday's emergency OPEC meeting in Vienna, Austria, called in response to prices that have more than halved since their historic high of around $147 in July.
"Oil prices have witnessed a dramatic collapse -- unprecedented in speed and magnitude," said a statement from the 13-nation organization announcing its decision after unusually short deliberations. "This slowdown in demand is serving to exacerbate the situation in a market which has been oversupplied with crude for some time."
But prices sagged after the decision, suggesting that the market was more concerned with the economic turmoil reaching into all corners of the globe than with crude availability. If economies in the U.S. and other leading crude consumers continue to deteriorate, industries will use less oil, making it a buyer's market. The cut was also smaller than several OPEC members had called for.
"With so many economies in trouble, OPEC has to be careful not to kill off crude demand," said Peter McGuire, managing director at investment firm Commodity Warrants Australia in Sydney, who expected a cut of between 1 million and 1.5 million barrels a day.
Iranian Oil Minister Gholam Hossein Nozari said earlier Friday a cut of 2 million barrels a day would stabilize prices that have fallen more than 50 percent since peaking in mid-July. Libyan oil chief Shokri Ghanem told reporters that OPEC needed to make a "huge cut."
Ali Naimi, oil minister of OPEC heavyweight Saudi Arabia, declined to say how big a cut his country supported.
OPEC President Chakib Khelil said Friday that OPEC was ready to convene another emergency session before its next planned gathering in December in Algeria "if there are further decisions that have to be made" on slashing prices.
OPEC's need to boost prices may be tempered by a stronger dollar, which has surged in recent weeks and bolstered the group's income. The euro fell to $1.2772 on Friday, down from the $1.2852 on Thursday. The dollar hit its highest point against the euro in nearly two years Wednesday at $1.2726. The British pound also slid to $1.5957 Friday from $1.6124 on Thursday, marking the lowest point for the pound against the dollar since September 2003.
"The saving grace for OPEC may be that the dollar has risen so much in the last month." McGuire said. "But if prices fall below $60, I would expect OPEC to make another cut in December."
In other Nymex trading, heating oil futures fell 10.07 cents to $1.93 a gallon, while gasoline prices fell 11.1 cents to $1.47 a gallon. Natural gas for November delivery fell 19.6 cents to $6.22 per 1,000 cubic feet.
In London, November Brent crude was down $4.17 to $61.75 a barrel on the ICE Futures exchange.
