什么是流通型企业非流通型企业?

我在广交会的条件上看到了关于流通型企业跟流非通型企业,我想问一下具体是怎样区分的?

企业大致可以分为生产型企业和流通型企业两种。
生产型企业最大的特点是通过劳动而生产出了某种产品，这种产品一般说来是需要通过人的劳动才能够得到的。生产有形的产品和无形产品，实现物质的转化。
而流通企业则使之位置发生变化，主要指贸易中间商.

广交会规定估计是指；生产型企业有自营出口权的第一类企业，
                             流通型企业指没有生产业务专事贸易的有进出口权的贸易公司
随便扯几句，不知道是否对，俺没有参加过那广交会
。

流通型企业主要是以商品流通为核心，其互联网应用围绕物流、信息流、资金流、商流展开，主要表现为：网上商店（B2C）、大型企业网上采购平台、网上分销管理系统、基于WEB模式的销售管理系统。
