　　从2008年1月1日起，经“友谊”管线至波兰的输油运价调高15.7%，每吨2.8欧元。运往乌克兰的石油运价提高16.7%，达到1.2欧元。此外，运往莫济里石油加工厂的油气运价为0.6欧元，比2007年提高13.3%。 
　　每年经[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E7%99%BD%E4%BF%84%E7%BD%97%E6%96%AF][u]白俄罗斯[/u][/url]输送到第三国的俄罗斯石油约7000万吨，运至莫济里石油加工厂的油气数量为8000—8100万吨。
