[url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%B9%96%E5%8D%97%E7%9C%81][u]湖南省[/u][/url][url=http://www.5ene.com/s?cl=1&t=6&ct=%E6%94%BF%E5%BA%9C][u]政府[/u][/url]和广铁集团达成共识，将率先在全国开通直达企业的列车，每天从深圳蛇口港等地分别向湘西开行一列货物直达列车，运输时间将由４８小时缩至１８小时，开通涟钢、冷钢等企业双向货物直达列车，形成港口至企业１０００公里范围内点到点直通运输链条，还将以巴陵石化等大中型企业为战略装车重点，实现快卸、快装、快运，并打造从娄底、郴州为重点的２００公里区域内煤炭运输辐射圈，开行电煤运送专列。
